The New Civil Enclave at Bagdogra Airport is a major aviation infrastructure project aimed at strengthening regional connectivity and enhancing passenger experience across North Bengal, Sikkim, and the North-East region. Spread across 4.5 acres with a terminal area of approximately 70,390 square meters, the development features modern terminal facilities, integrated airside and landside infrastructure, and advanced building services. Designed to improve passenger handling efficiency, operational performance, and aviation safety, the project supports future growth while contributing to tourism, economic development, and enhanced regional accessibility. MSCON Design Pvt. Ltd. is providing comprehensive MEP consultancy services to ensure reliable, efficient, and sustainable building services throughout the airport development.
