MSCON Design Private Limited was founded in 2019 by Punit Sharma, an electrical engineer trained at Thapar University, on a simple premise: that India’s most ambitious buildings deserve MEPF design that is coordinated, code-aware, and site-ready — every drawing, every detail, the first time.
In six years we have grown into a team of 80, with 25-plus engineers spanning Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire-fighting, BIM and Green Building specialisations. Offices in New Delhi, Noida and Bengaluru put us within driving distance of every active growth corridor on the subcontinent, and our deliverables ship in the formats every contractor, BMS integrator and approving authority already speaks fluently — CPWD DSR-compliant BOQs, IS-code-current SLDs, LOD 300/400 federated Revit models, NOC-ready fire submittals.
That discipline shows up in the work we have been trusted with: the Wave One tower in Noida (42 storeys, delivered 2024), the Centurion Park group housing campus (Noida, 2025), Tuticorin Airport (2025), and the ongoing redevelopment of Ahmedabad Railway Station — a ₹3,000-crore iconic build with a grand concourse and one of India’s first integrated multi-modal mobility hubs at its scale. Our work has been featured in leading industry publications.
The brief never changes: every system, by design.
Founded with a single conviction — that coordinated, code-current MEPF design saves more money on site than any value-engineering exercise after — MSCON has grown into a multi-disciplinary studio serving developers, architects, hospitality groups, healthcare operators and institutional clients across India.
We don't out-source our discipline leads. Every drawing that leaves the studio has been reviewed by a senior engineer who has been on a site at handover. That review is the difference between paper that works and paper that gets rebuilt.
